Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 unbaked pie shells
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oleo, melted
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. pecans
    2 tsp. vanilla
    4 beaten eggs
    1/2 pt. heavy whipping cream, whipped
Preparation
    Mix sugar, oleo, coconut, pecans and vanilla. Beat eggs and add to sugar mixture.
    Mix well; pour into pie shells.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes.
    Whip the cream. Add to pies after they are cool.
