Quick Macaroni Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    32 oz. spaghetti sauce
    1 lb. cooked shells pasta
    16 oz. sour cream
    6-8 Provolone slices
    8 oz. shredded Mozzarella
Preparation
    Brown meat, drain and add sauce to simmer.
    In large casserole, layer half the shells, half the sauce, half the sour cream and half the Provolone slices.
    Repeat layers and top with Mozzarella.
    Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake another 15 minutes until cheese begins to brown. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
