Stuffed Beets Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients

16 to 18 medium-sized canned whole beets
3 Tbsp. sour cream
1 small pkg. cream cheese
1 Tbsp. milk
2 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. grated bell pepper
2 Tbsp. finely chopped pecans

Preparation

Cream cheese.
Mash and mix well.
Add sour cream and milk, grated onion, bell pepper and chopped pecans.
Scoop out center of beets and stuff beets with cream cheese mixture.
