Moist And Easy Banana Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 large (or 5 small) bananas
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. self-rising flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Preparation

Mash bananas with fork.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into a greased and floured tube pan or two loaf pans. Bake 40 minutes in preheated oven at 350\u00b0.
Test for doneness.
