Chicken With Artichokes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. chicken cutlets
1 can unmarinated artichoke hearts
1/3 c. tarragon vinegar
pepper (optional)
1 tsp. fancy jarred garlic
oregano
flavored bread crumbs
3 Tbsp. oil
Preparation

Cut cutlets into bite size pieces.
Shake in crumbs and brown in oil in frypan (medium heat).
Remove to baking pan (lasagna-type pan).
To oil, add fancy garlic and brown.
Add this mixture to chicken.
Cut artichoke hearts into quarters and add to chicken.
Sprinkle oregano, pepper and tarragon vinegar.
Bake, uncovered, in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
Serve over rice.
