Cheese Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) block Cheddar cheese
    2 tsp. flour
    4 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 to 2 c. hot water
    2 doz. corn tortillas
    1 c. oil
Preparation
    Grate cheese and put aside.
    In medium pan, fry the flour until golden brown, then add chili powder.
    Mix a little bit, then start by adding 1 cup hot water.
    Add more water if you need. Boil until it thickens.
    Add salt to taste.
    Heat in medium flame.
