Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. crescent rolls
    mustard
    4 large eggs, beaten
    16 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    6 c. sliced and quartered zucchini
    1 stick margarine
    pinch of salt and pepper
    parsley flakes
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Flatten crescent rolls onto bottom and sides of 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Spread mustard evenly on bottom.
    Cook margarine, onion, zucchini and seasonings.
    Drain off about half of the liquid.
    Mix together eggs and shredded cheese.
    Add to that the zucchini, onion and liquid from pan.
    Mix all together and pour into crust.
    Bake about 30 to 40 minutes, until eggs are set.
