Kabseh(For 4 People) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pieces chicken or more (the meat that you like)
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 small onion, diced fine
    1/2 c. peas and carrots (frozen section)
    1/2 c. lima beans (frozen section)
    2 c. basmati rice (or any other rice not processed), washed and drained
    salt
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    10 cloves cardamon
Preparation
    Add oil and margarine to pot; brown pieces of chicken on both sides.
    Set aside chicken.
    Toss onion in oil and margarine over heat until onion wilts.
    Add tomato paste to onion.
    Remove from heat; add chicken pieces, water to cover chicken, spices, cardamon and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
    Boil chicken for 30 minutes until done. Remove chicken; set aside.
    Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Broil until broiler for 3 minutes.
