Apple Crisp Ala Laurel - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium peeled apples
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. water
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. rolled oats
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. butter
Preparation

Butter a 9-inch cake pan or pie dish.
Slice apples and place in pan.
Sprinkle with lemon juice and water.
Combine sugar, oats and cinnamon.
In a small bowl cut butter until crumbly.
Sprinkle over apples.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
