Tamale Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans tamales
    1 can chili (regular or turkey chili)
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 chopped onion
    Fritos
Preparation
    Butter a long casserole dish.
    Place 2 cans tamales (remove shucks) in dish.
    Pour 1 can chili (with or without beans) over tamales.
    Cook in microwave 10 minutes on High.
    Sprinkle onion over top.
    Spread grated cheese over top of onion.
    Microwave on High for 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
    Serve over Fritos. Quick and easy.
