Spinach And Mushroom Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/4 lb. sliced mushrooms
    1 1/2 c. seasoned bread stuffing
    1/3 c. light cream or half and half
    1/2 tsp. basil
    poultry seasoning to taste
    2 c. (about 3 oz.) finely chopped fresh or frozen spinach
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet. Add onion and mushrooms. Saute for about 5 minutes. Add bread stuffing, cream, basil, poultry seasoning and spinach. Stir together lightly.
    Let cool.
    Stuff the bird.
    Ingredients may be increased to accomodate a larger bird.
