Melon Cooler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. peeled ripe melon cubes (cantaloupe, honeydew, casaba, Persian or Crenshaw)
    1/2 c. buttermilk (chilled) or plain yogurt
    1 tsp. light honey
    1/2 to 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
    2 to 3 melon balls threaded on skewer (garnish)
Preparation
    Combine melon cubes, buttermilk or yogurt, honey, lemon juice and peel in blender and mix well.
    Pour into chilled glass. Garnish with skewered melon.
    Makes 1 1/4 cups.
