Beef Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cubed steak
    1 can vegetable beef soup
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Roll steak in flour.
    Sear in hot grease on both sides. Place in baking dish.
    Pour soup and 1 can of water over steak. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Good over rice or mashed potatoes.
