Oven Kahlua Pork(This Is The Hawaiian Pork Traditionally Roasted In The Ground) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. pork butt
liquid smoke
Hawaiian, kosher or rock salt (not regular table salt)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Rub pork with liquid smoke and salt. Wrap pork with the foil, sealing completely.
Place in roasting pan and bake for 5 hours.
After baking, shred meat using 2 forks or fingers.
Excellent with rice and Aloha Sweet Potatoes.
Serves 6 to 8.
