Barbecue Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. spareribs
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    2 cloves garlic
    1 1/2 c. ketchup
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    2 Tbsp. steak sauce
    1 c. strained honey
Preparation
    Simmer spareribs in enough water to cover, plus 2 teaspoons salt for 1/2 hour.
    Mix remaining ingredients and cook over low heat for 5 to 7 minutes.
    Drain ribs and place in shallow baking pan.
    Pour sauce over ribs and bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until tender, basting every 10 minutes with sauce.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
