Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. plain flour
1/2 c. butter
4 egg yolks
3 c. milk
4 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa (rounded)
1 tsp. vanilla
2 pie crusts
Preparation

In a large saucepan, mix sugar, flour, cocoa and salt together.
Gradually add milk.
Beat the egg yolks and pour into mixture.
Cook over medium-high heat until mixture comes to a full boil.
Stir constantly to prevent sticking.
Remove from heat and add vanilla and butter.
Stir until butter is melted.
Pour into pie crusts and top with meringue.
Makes two pies.
