Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 chicken, cut up
1 c. rice
1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
salt and pepper
2 c. water

Preparation

Put rice in greased casserole dish; add water and Lipton soup mix. Place chicken on top. Then pour cream of mushroom soup over it; bake 2 hours at 250\u00b0, covered. Check to make sure soup
is over chicken. May baste with soup if necessary.
