Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Frozen Pie Crust
    (8 oz.) Swiss cheese, grated
    2 tbsp. Flour
    1 c. Milk
    3 Eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 tsp. Salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
Preparation
    Combine milk, eggs and seasonings.
    Toss cheese with flour. Add cheese with spinach.
    Mix well.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
