Veg-All Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans Veg-All vegetables, drained
8 oz. can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 pkg. Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick margarine
Preparation

Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Combine vegetables, chestnuts, onion, soup and mayonnaise.
Pour into baking dish.
Spread cheese over mixture, then add cracker crumbs. Melt butter and pour over crumbs.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
