1 c. sugar
3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. oil
1 1/4 c. milk
1 egg
1 c. nuts, chopped

Grease and flour a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan or two 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch pans, or lightly spray pans.
