Zucchini Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. thinly sliced zucchini
    1 small onion, sliced
    1 Tbsp. water
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Put first 6 ingredients in skillet.
    Cover and cook 1 minute. Uncover and cook, turning with wide spatula, until barely tender, about 5 minutes.
    Sprinkle with cheese and toss.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
