Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
    4 eggs, well beaten
    1 1/4 c. Crisco oil
    1 1/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together in a large bowl and make a trench in the center.
    Mix remaining ingredients and pour into trench. Stir just enough to dampen all ingredients well.
    Pour into greased small loaf pans or muffin pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes. Be sure to check with a toothpick and watch carefully.
    Cool on rack about 6 to 10 minutes and flip out of pans.
    Allow to finish cooling.
    Wrap in plastic to store.
    Freezes well also.
