Ingredients

2 egg whites
2/3 c. sugar
pinch of salt
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. chocolate chips
Preparation

Beat egg whites until thick and foamy.
Gradually add sugar and beat until stiff.
Stir in salt, pecans and chocolate chips. Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Drop by tablespoon onto foil paper on cookie sheet.
Place in oven; turn off and leave in closed oven overnight.
Makes 2 dozen.
