Southern Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cornmeal
    2 c. boiling water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 c. cold milk
Preparation
    Stir cornmeal into boiling salted water.
    Stir for 1 minute; remove from heat.
    Add butter; beat well.
    Add eggs.
    Beat in cold milk.
    Beat again.
    Pour into buttered baking dish.
    Bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serve from dish.
