Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese
    1 pkg. Ritz crackers, crushed
    small amount melted butter
Preparation
    Cook broccoli and drain; set aside.
    Mix soup, eggs, mayonnaise and cheese.
    Add to broccoli and pour into casserole dish.
    Mix the crushed crackers with melted butter for topping, if desired; sprinkle on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
