Red Potatoes And Garlic - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 medium size red potatoes
    1/2 to 1 head garlic
    1/4 c. chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Dice potatoes in 1-inch cubes.
    Mince garlic finely.
    Add potatoes to a shallow baking dish; top with remaining ingredients, dotting butter over top.
    Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
