Chicken And Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. vegetable oil
1/4 c. milk plus 2 Tbsp.
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients in bowl.
Blend in remaining ingredients. Knead.
Roll on floured dough board real thin.
Dry about 2 hours. Drop in boiling broth with chicken, removed of skin and deboned. Makes 4 servings.
