Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. yellow squash
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 eggs
    1 stick butter, melted
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Boil squash until tender.
    Drain and mash squash.
    Add all remaining ingredients except 1/2 of the butter.
    Pour into baking dish.
    Pour remaining butter over top.
    Sprinkle with additional cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
