Sugared Pecans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 tsp. water
1/4 c. evaporated milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. pecans
Preparation

Combine sugar, milk and water.
Bring to a boil about 3 to 4 minutes (until soft ball forms in water).
Remove from heat.
Add nuts and vanilla.
Stir mixture until thick.
Pour on wax paper and separate.
