Orange Buttermilk Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed unsweetened pineapple (undrained)
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange Jell-O (I use sugar-free)
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. low-fat frozen whipped topping, thawed
Preparation
    In a saucepan, bring pineapple and Jell-O to a boil.
    Stir until dissolved.
    Add buttermilk and mix well.
    Cool to room temperature.
    Fold in whipped topping.
    Pour into an 11 x 7-inch dish.
    Chill until firm.
    Cut into squares.
    Yield:
    12 servings.
