Pineapple Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
3/4 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 c. crushed pineapple
1 egg, beaten
3 Tbsp. Crisco oil
Preparation

Stir together dry ingredients; add remaining ingredients. Bake in a loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
Turn on a wire rack to cool.
