Meatballs For Spaghetti Or Subs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef or chuck
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    12 soda crackers, crushed or 1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. onion powder
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp. to 1 Tbsp. red pepper seed (depending on how spicy you like)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Form into golf ball size balls and brown in microwave oven or skillet.
    Drain liquid and add to spaghetti sauce.
    Simmer for 45 minutes.
    Serve with spaghetti noodles or on hoagie buns and top with Mozzarella cheese.
