Hot Fudge Sundae Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 1/3 c. hot tap water
ice cream
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix flour, sugar, 2 tablespoons cocoa, baking powder and salt in ungreased square pan.
Mix in milk, oil and vanilla with fork until smooth.
Stir in nuts.
Spread in pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa.
Pour hot water over.
Bake for 40 minutes.
While warm, spoon into dishes and top with ice cream.
Spoon sauce from pan onto each serving.
