Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. oil
    2 c. grated zucchini
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    In large
    bowl,
    mix liquids together.
    Add dry ingredients and mix well.
    Pour into greased pans.
    Bake for 1 hour at 325\u00b0. Check
    with
    toothpick
    for doneness.
    Makes 2 one-pound loaves.
