Frozen Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
1 egg
3/4 c. pineapple juice
2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1 c. Cool Whip
3 mashed bananas
1 c. diced pineapple
1 c. diced pears
1 doz. maraschino cherries, sliced
Preparation

Mix 1/4 cup sugar, salt, flour, egg, pineapple juice and vinegar.
Cook, stirring until thick.
Cool.
Add Cool Whip, bananas, pineapple, pears and cherries.
Freeze.
Use aluminum bread pans.
Serve frozen.
Slice and remove what you need and return the rest to freezer.
