Microwave Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 lb. boneless beef steak, cut in thin strips
    8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 medium onion
    1/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. hot cooked rice or noodles
Preparation
    Stir oil and meat in 2-quart casserole until beef is coated. Cover and microwave until meat is no longer pink (4 to 5 minutes). Remove from casserole and reserve juices.
    Add mushrooms and onion to meat juices. Cover, microwave until mushrooms are tender (5 to 6 minutes).
    Shake water and flour in covered jar.
    Stir in mushrooms.
    Microwave to a boil.
    Boil for 30 seconds.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
