Perfect Yeast Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. oil
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 1/4 c. warm water
    5 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients and let set until it bubbles (about 5 minutes). Stir flour and mix well. Put dough on floured board and knead well. Put in a large bowl with 2 tablespoons oil. Cover with cloth until double in size (about 1 hour). Punch down and divide in 2 pieces. Knead on floured board until smooth. Form into a long roll. Do both pieces. Put in a long greased cookie sheet. Cut about 4 diagonal slits on top. Brush with melted margarine. Let rise about 1 hour. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
