Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
3 1/2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking soda
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. water
1 c. cooking oil
2 c. well drained pumpkin
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Grease and flour a 13 x 9-inch pan.
Mix dry ingredients first, then add other ingredients, one at a time.
Stir or mix well after each addition.
Bake for 1 hour at 325\u00b0 or until top springs back when pushed down.
Keeps well if wrapped in foil.
