Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. shortening
1 1/2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. dried parsley
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. milk
Preparation

Cut shortening into flour, parsley, baking powder and salt in medium bowl.
Stir in milk.
Drop dough by 10 spoonfuls onto hot meat or vegetables in boiling stew.
Cook, uncovered, 10 minutes. Cover and cook 10 minutes longer.
