Banana Walnut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. mashed bananas
3 large eggs
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. walnuts, chopped
1/2 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. water
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

In a
mixing bowl mix together mashed banana and butter until creamy.
Add
eggs and water; beat well.
Stir in flour, baking powder, baking soda and
cinnamon.\tBeat
until smooth. Add chopped nuts.
Spoon batter into oiled
and
floured

x 13-inch baking pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until cake tests done. Cool and cut into squares.
