Crunchy Fudge Sandwich - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. butterscotch chips
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
2 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. water
4 c. Kellogg's Rice Krispies
Preparation

Melt butterscotch chips and peanut butter in heavy saucepan over low heat, stirring, until blended.
Stir in Rice Krispies. Press 1/2 of mixture into buttered 8-inch square pan and chill. Over hot water, melt chocolate chips, sugar, butter and water. Spread over chilled mixture.
Top with reserved cereal mixture. Chill.
Cut into squares after 10 minutes in refrigerator.
Double recipe will fit 9 x 13-inch pan.
