Presbyterian Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. margarine or butter
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
3/4 c. buttermilk
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Cream margarine and sugar.
Add eggs and beat well.
Add vanilla.
Sift flour, soda and salt together.
Add alternately with buttermilk.
Fold in nuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 in well greased muffin pans.
Bake for 18 to 20 minutes.
