Easy Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 peaches, peeled and sliced
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 egg
    4 to 6 slices white bread
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Butter the bottom of an 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
    Place peaches in the bottom of the dish.
    Trim brown edges from bread; slice bread in 4 even strips.
    Place strips on top of peaches.
    Combine margarine, sugar, egg and flour; pour over top of bread and peaches.
    Bake for 30 to 45 minutes until brown at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 4 to 6.
