Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast, in 1/2 c. lukewarm water
    2 c. milk, scalded and cooled
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. Crisco
    2 eggs
    6 to 8 c. flour
Preparation
    Put yeast in warm water; add slightly beaten eggs, 1/2 cup Crisco, sugar, salt and cooled milk.
    Sift 3 cups flour and stir. Sift more flour to make a stiff dough.
    Turn out on floured board and knead about 2 minutes.
    Knead in enough flour until it isn't sticky.
    Let rise until double.
    Roll out dough on floured board 1/2-inch thick.
    Melt 1/2 stick butter and put on rolled out dough.
    Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top of this.
    Roll up and cut rolls out 3/4-inch thick and put in greased pans.
    Let rise until double.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Frost with icing.
