Curried Chicken Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 chicken breasts, shredded
1 c. white rice
6 green onions, chopped
curry powder to taste
salt to taste
1 green pepper, chopped
Preparation

Cook chicken breasts until done.
Reserve broth.
Shred chicken breasts and put back in broth.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 2 to 3 hours.
(The longer it cooks, the better it is.)
Serves 4 or more.
Start temperature at high and then lower to low heat.
Cooking time is 3 hours (slow).
