Sauerkraut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. margarine
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. Hershey's cocoa
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped sauerkraut
1 c. water
1 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation

Cream together margarine, eggs and vanilla.
Sift flour.
Add alternately with water.
Beat well.
Drain and rinse kraut.
Fold into batter.
Grease and flour pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Test at 25 minutes.
Don't overbake.
