Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    pinch of salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. flaked coconut
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Preparation
    Combine first 8 ingredients in a medium bowl; mix until smooth.
    Pour filling into unbaked shell.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until center is set.
    Cool at least 1 hour before cutting.
