Caesar Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 large clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. anchovy paste
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1 egg
1/2 c. olive oil
romaine lettuce, bite size pieces
1/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
croutons (freshly made with French bread)
Preparation

Dressing:
Combine minced garlic, lemon juice, anchovy paste, salt and pepper.
Coddle egg.
Add to mixture and whisk.
Slowly add oil and whisk until smooth.
