Italian Vegetable Toss - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. broccoli flowerets
1 c. cauliflower flowerets
1 c. sliced mushrooms
6 oz. artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 c. olives (ripe), pitted and sliced
1/2 c. green onions, chopped
2/3 c. Italian dressing
1 medium avocado, sliced
1 medium tomato, chopped or 10 cherry tomatoes, halved
2 medium carrots (1/2-inch slices)
Preparation

Combine broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, mushrooms, artichoke hearts, olives and green onions.
Toss with salad dressing. Cover and chill several hours. Just before serving, add avocados and tomatoes.
