Chocolate Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/4 lb. (1 stick) butter
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. water
4 Tbsp. cocoa
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. buttermilk or sour milk

Preparation

Mix together flour and sugar.
Bring to a rapid boil the butter, oil, water and cocoa.
Pour over flour mixture and blend well.
Stir in eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, soda and buttermilk. Pour batter into ungreased cookie sheet with narrow rim.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
